What we do with your email.

We collect one thing: the email address you typed into the waitlist form on mirrento.com. We use it for one thing: to email you when Mirrento is ready to buy. That's it.

Who is "we"

Asio Services, registered in France. Contact: contact@asioservices.com. Asio Services is the data controller for this waitlist.

Who actually stores your data

We use three third-party processors. Here is what each one touches:

• Kit (ConvertKit) — stores your email address and subscription status. Data processor for the waitlist. kit.com/privacy.
• Lemon Squeezy — if you purchase a license, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and processes your payment. They handle billing, tax, and store the order details; we receive only a license key. lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymised heatmaps and session analytics on this site. IP addresses are masked; Clarity does not identify you personally. Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymised traffic statistics. It runs in Consent Mode: until you accept analytics cookies it sends no cookies and only cookieless pings; after you accept, standard GA measurement applies. We do not enable Google Signals, ads, or cross-site personalization. Google Privacy Policy.

None of these processors receive more data than they need for their stated purpose, and none are authorised to use it for their own marketing.

What we will never do

• Sell your email, rent it, or share it with third parties other than the processors listed above.
• Email you more than ~1–2 times per month during the pre-launch period, and only about Mirrento.
• Use advertising trackers, pixels, or fingerprinting to follow you across the web.

Your rights (GDPR)

• Unsubscribe — every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. Clicking it immediately removes you from the list.
• Access / deletion — reply to any email we send (or write to contact@asioservices.com) and we will hard-delete your record from Kit within 7 days.
• Portability — same channel, we'll send you a JSON export of what we have on you.
• Complaint — if we mishandle this, you can file with the CNIL.

Retention

We keep your email as long as you stay subscribed. Unsubscribe = deletion within 30 days (Kit holds the unsubscribed record briefly to honor the unsubscribe across campaigns, then purges). If Mirrento gets abandoned, the whole list is deleted within 90 days.

Cookies on this site

Nothing non-essential runs until you choose. On your first visit a banner lets you Accept all or Continue without accepting — both one click, same weight. Only if you accept do we set analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. You can change your mind anytime via Cookie settings in the footer; clearing your cookies also resets the choice and nothing breaks.

If we change this policy

We'll update the "updated" date at the top. Material changes get announced by email to the list.
